WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICES?

We offer various types of services based on how much help you want from us. We work round-the-clock and across all time zones. In our comprehensive and ongoing types of services we can assist you and guide you through the transfer of points and booking awards.

CAN YOU HELP ME SELECT THE BEST SEAT IN THE CABIN?

Yes, we include this advice free of charge in our comprehensive and ongoing packages.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THE FLIGHTS AND HOTELS?

Yes. Our services are in addition to any taxes and carrier surcharges that airlines charge. With some airlines it is less than with others, but we will let you know about these. When booking hotel awards, some hotels charge extra taxes at the time of checkout. You will be responsible for paying those, but we will let you know about the costs and advise you on potential routes where you can save on taxes and airlines surcharges.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR ONGOING SERVICE?

This is our most valuable package. With this package, you will receive ongoing advice as well as monthly email alerts about interesting deals tailored to your desired travel interests and goals and even sooner for time limited offers. Please note that you need to commit to 12 months with this service. Our ongoing package is also applicable to anyone in the same household, especially helpful if you're a couple or a family! 

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the moment we accept payments via bank transfer or Paypal.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT OR HOTEL AWARD BOOKING?

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our change service fee is therefore very low. This includes helping you change or cancel a flight or hotel award booking. Any change/cancellation fees charged by the airlines will be on top of our fees.

What if an airline or hotel programme cancels my flight or award?

This is included with our change/cancellation service. We will advise you on alternative options when your miles/points booking is cancelled or there is change in the schedule meaning it is no longer suitable to you.We will guide you through the process before you contact the airline/hotel. We can also act on your behalf should you wish to. We include this service free of charge with our ongoing plan.  

What if I am a complete beginner?

We can advise anyone and tailor our advice for people at any stage of miles/points collecting.

What destinations do you advise on?

We can advise on any destination whether long-haul or short-haul. You just tell us where you would like to go using your points and miles and we will let you know about your options.
